At Healey Disc we believe that keeping the order process simple and efficient is key. Payment Options : We offer several payment options for your convenience. In most cases we require 100% payment prior to delivery of final product. For resellers, service contract clients and/or frequent customers, credit terms may be established. In all cases, Visa, MasterCard, Interac, and certified cheques are accepted.

Production/Fulfillment Of Your Order : While we do not guarantee delivery times, our services are the most reliable in the industry. We will do everything we can to meet your expected delivery date. We will keep you up-to-date of the status of your project. If any issues or concerns arise, you will be notified. All projects requiring graphic design and/or development usually require a signed approval from the client before production can proceed. Avoid delays, and submit your approval wherever required, as quickly as possible. Submitting artwork for projects requiring artwork manipulation and/or processing, prior to sending a data master can help fast-track your project.

» Duplication Agreement : This form must be submitted with all orders placed with Healey Disc.

» Replication Rights Form : This form must be submitted with all orders placed with Healey Disc.

» Credit Card Authorization : If you wish to pay for your order using a credit card, this form must be completed and submitted to us.

» Credit Application : This form is required if wish to apply for credit with Healey Disc. After we receive your application 40-72 hours are required for processing.

» PST Exemption : If you qualify for PST exemption, you must complete and submit this form for our records. We must charge PST on all orders where the client has not completed and submitted this form.
